Dear Prospective Client,
I am an attorney admitted to The Bar of Florida, an LL.M (Master of Law) graduate from the prestigious New York University and the City University of New York with an Advanced Certificate in Immigration Law. I have over 47 years of professional legal experience as an attorney serving the community in a variety of practice areas, such as real estate, family, immigration, estates & wills, and criminal.
I have 27 years of experience representing clients in hundreds of immigration cases. I now practice almost exclusively doing immigration matters. I have helped many clients obtain their permanent residence (green cards), avoid removal (deportation) or obtain citizenship. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, I concentrate on family immigration, waivers, reliefs from removal (deportation), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), abused/battered spouses, children or parents (VAWA), widows/widowers, Non-Hague Adoptions, consular visa processing at the National Visa Center (NVC) and at the U.S. consulates and investors (E-2 visas).
As an immigrant myself, I know how important your case is to you. I promise to give your case my personal attention and best effort.
